Emily Rodriguez is a Partner in the Antitrust and Competition practice. She represents clients in merger control reviews, cartel investigations, and complex antitrust litigation before U.S. federal courts, the European Commission, and other international competition authorities.

Emily's merger control practice encompasses transactions across technology, healthcare, media, and consumer goods sectors. She has successfully obtained clearance for numerous high-profile mergers subject to significant regulatory scrutiny, including remedies negotiations with the DOJ, FTC, and EC.

She is recognized by GCR 100 as a leading antitrust practitioner and by Chambers USA as a "rising star" in antitrust.

Secured DOJ clearance for a $14 billion merger between two leading healthcare technology companies
Defended a global consumer goods company in a parallel DOJ and EC investigation into alleged price-fixing
Advised a major media conglomerate on the antitrust aspects of a $9 billion acquisition of a streaming platform
